Acceptance

By accessing or using Afripixel Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Afripixel Flow provides WhatsApp automation, AI conversation, M-Pesa payment integration, e-commerce connectors, and analytics tools to businesses.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

• No spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes others' rights.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.

WhatsApp Compliance

You agree to comply with all WhatsApp Business API policies, including opt-in requirements, template message rules, and Meta's commerce policies. Violations may result in suspension.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afripixel Flow and AfriPixel Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
