WhatsApp & Meta Data

Afripixel Flow uses the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. Messages sent and received via WhatsApp are processed in accordance with WhatsApp's and Meta's terms and policies. We do not sell your message data and only process it to provide our services.

Payment Data (M-Pesa / IntaSend)

Payment information is processed by our payment partners including Safaricom M-Pesa and IntaSend. We do not store sensitive card or M-Pesa PIN data on our servers. Transaction metadata is retained for reconciliation and audit purposes.

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.
